Logging nutrition using a meal template

From your 'My Hub' page (please see below)

If you click 'Log Nutrition' at the top of your page.

Then select the date you would like to log against.

You can simply hit the 'Add Meal' button at the bottom.

Which will allow you to pick from the list of meal templates your trainer has already created.

Remember to hit the 'Add Meal' button once selected.
