If you are not receiving push notifications, there are a few factors that may be affecting this.
The first port of call is to double check that you have all (or applicable) push notifications turned on through your settings. To check this, head into your settings from your hub and click on ‘Notifications’ when you get there.
This will take you to your ‘Settings’ page.
If you scroll down the page, you will notice this section…
Just double check the applicable settings are ON / OFF. (Ticked is ON – Unticked is OFF)
Once you have double checked this area. The next step is to check your device settings.
If you are using an Apple device, here is the path you need to follow to check notifications are switched on:
Settings > My PT Hub > Notifications > Allow Notifications
If you are using an Android device, here is the path you need to follow to check notifications are switched on:
Settings > Apps > My PT Hub > Notifications > Allow peeking
If all of these do not rectify the issue, then please delete and download the app again as this will guarantee the download of the latest version of My PT Hub and therefore push any updates through to your device.
