From your hub, head hit ‘Log Nutrition’.
From here you will be able to view and select a plan your trainer has assigned to you.
Just click on the plan you would like to follow and then hit ‘Next.
To view the macros set in the plan and to keep track. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the plan and select ‘View Macros’.
From your macros page, you will be able to see your target and how many calories or macros you have remaining.
