From your 'My Hub' page, on the left hand side of your account, select the 'exercises' feature.
Click the 'Filter' tab on the right hand side, then under the 'Source' drop-down bar select the 'Custom' tickbox. This will show all the custom exercises you have crested in the list.
You can then click and drag your preferred exercises into the box on the right. Once you are happy with all selected exercises, click the 'Create Workout' button underneath.
Name the workout and then press 'Create', this will then be saved and moved to the workouts feature, you can then enter all the details in regards to reps, sets, etc.
To assign this workout to your clients, head to your 'Workouts' feature, click the 3 dots next to the workout and select 'Assign To Clients'.
