Please note: When completing your PAR-Q for the first time, all boxes must be selected and when selecting 'Allergies' you must choose from the drop down, otherwise it will not allow you to continue.
From your 'My Hub' page (please see below)
Head to the left hand menu and select 'Settings'.
Click 'Medical' from the top options.
This will allow you to both view and edit any answers in your PAR-Q.
If you do make any changes just remember to hit the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page
