What is the Difference Between Sessions and Events

Sessions

Sessions are bookings made only by the trainer and one other client, only the trainer and client will be able to see this booking in the calendar. 

To complete this session, the trainer will need to do this from their mobile app. If the client has then got sessions they have purchased or been gifted to them, at the end of the session, the trainer will then be able to deduct this. 

Sessions can be either gifted in the clients profile, or they can be purchased in a package. 

 

Events 

Events are created and then added to the trainers calendar. Clients can then look at the trainers calendar and providing they have credits on their profile (if credits are required for the event and not set as free). Credits will be deducted as soon as the client books in. 

Trainers can also book their clients into events. There is also a waiting list option if you only want a certain number of clients to attend, but if someone drops out the event, an email will be sent to all other clients on the waiting list and it's done a first come first serve basis. 

Credits can be purchased in a package, or credits can be gifted in the clients profile.
