Head to the 'Programs' area from the menu and select the assigned program.
Start the program and/or choose the current week.
Select the week and day you're on from the overview.
From here select today's workout and then press 'Start'.
You can then log today's workout against your program.
You can also start a workout from the populated workout under 'Today's schedule'
Or from pressing 'start a workout' on the hub and then selected the populated workout from the program.
Or lastly via the calendar.
