From your 'My Hub' page (please see below)
On the left hand side of your account, you will see the side menu where you can select 'Calendar'.
You will then see all events booked into your calendar
If you click on a specific event you can then hit the event name to view the details
To start the event you can simply click the 'Start Event' button at the bottom of your screen
