Client - Logging nutrition using a meal template

From your 'My Hub' page, if you click 'Log Nutrition' in the second column and then select the date you would like to log against.

Then you can select the date you would like to log against.

Screenshot 2024-09-19 at 12.04.26.pngYou can hit the 'Add Meal' button at the bottom, which will allow you to pick from the list of meal templates your trainer has already created.

Select which one you would like and then add the meal, it will then appear at the bottom of your plan.

Once you have added all of your meals, press 'Save Log' at the bottom.
