From your 'My Hub' page, if you click 'Log Nutrition' in the second column and then select the date you would like to log against.
Then you can select the date you would like to log against.
You can hit the 'Add Meals' in the top right, which will allow you to pick from the list of meal templates your trainer or you have already created.
Select which one you would like and then either press the '+' icon or drag and drop, it will then appear at the bottom of your plan.
Once you have added all of your meals, press 'Save Log' at the bottom.
