What is Nutrition AI?

Nutrition AI is an AI assistant built directly into the nutrition plan builder on web. It creates and edits complete single-day nutrition plans through natural conversation. Trainers describe the day they want (e.g. "2,000 kcal high-protein day with 5 meals"), upload an existing meal plan, or ask for changes to a plan they already have, and the AI builds it straight into the builder they already know, meals, foods, servings and quantities, plus the plan's calorie and macro targets.

It is the second AI creation tool after Workouts AI and runs on the same AI infrastructure. Every food the AI adds is a real food with a real serving, the AI never invents foods or nutritional values. Calorie, macro and micronutrient totals are always calculated in code from the foods in the plan, never generated by the model.

When a client is attached, the AI automatically works from that client's saved macro targets and the allergies declared on their PAR-Q, while the trainer always keeps the final say.

Key Value Proposition

  • Builds a full day of eating from a single sentence, to a calorie target, macro split, diet (vegan, keto etc.) or cuisine.

  • Edits any plan conversationally, AI-built or not, swap a meal, remove a food, scale portions, update notes or targets.

  • Rebuilds plans from images and PDFs, typed or handwritten meal plans, screenshots, plans from other platforms, making migration much quicker.

  • Client-aware: uses the client's saved macro targets and PAR-Q allergies automatically, with the trainer always in control.

  • Backed by an MPTH-curated meal library with verified allergen data, so generic requests ("add a dinner") return trusted, complete meals.

  • AI-built plans save, assign and behave exactly like manually built plans.
