When creating a voucher, you have 3 options, 'One time', 'Repeating' and 'Forever.
'One time', 'Repeating' and 'Forever' and voucher codes, can be used on any on any packages, more than once.
This option is for when you have a recurring payment package.
The 'One time' code will discount just the first payment, 'Repeating' will allow you to choose which packages this voucher can be applied to and the 'Forever' code will discount all payments on that recurring package for the client.
