Reconnect to a new Stripe account

If you are wanting to disconnect your existing Stripe account to My PT Hub and reconnect your My PT Hub packages to a different Stripe account, please take into consideration the following: 

  • Any packages that existing clients have purchased, will not be able to be canceled within My PT Hub once disconnected from the Stripe account in which it was purchased from. 
  • Once disconnected, payments will continue to be collected from the stripe account. 
  • Any packages, will need to be re-created once connected to the new Stripe account - these can be duplicated from the old packages. Any packages that were created on My PT Hub when connected to the old Stripe account, clients will not be able to purchase. 
  • Vouchers cannot be deleted, nor can be used on the new Stripe account packages, they would need to deleted prior to disconnecting form Stripe and new ones to be created once connect your packages to the new Stripe account.  

TOP TIP - To ensure a smooth process, delete all vouchers, cancel all packages in all the clients profiles and to a new Stripe account.

You can connect your packages area to a new Stripe account via the web browser in your settings under 'Features' then 'Reconnect Stripe'.
