On My PP Hub you are unable to delete a chat, but you are able to archive a chat, which will move the chat from your main inbox to the archive tab, on the chat feature.
You might want to archive a chat if you are no longer working with a particular client, or if they are away and need to move the chat temporarily.
In order to archive a chat you will need to follow the steps below;
From the main hub page, head to the 'Chat' feature on the left hand side
You can then select the chat that you are wanting to archive, by clicking on the cog icon in the chat, in the top right hand coener.
Once you have selected the option to archive the client, it will move them to the archive tab in the navigation bar.
If you wanted to move the client back to the main chat feature, you would need to go into the archive chats and then select the cog once again in the clients chat.
If a client is archived, they will not be able to message you unless they are moved back to the main chat inbox, but the client will see they in the archived tab
