From your 'Hub' head to the 'Check In' area.
You can then Select 'Create Check-In' at the bottom, where you can type in the name of your Check-In, also you can use an existing Check-In as a template.
From here, you can go through the pages, where firstly you can add a description, which your clients will see when completing the Check-In.
Next, you can then add all the questions. When you add 'Upload progress photo' and 'Measurements' you can select which ones you would like your client to add.
You can then schedule this for how frequently you wish your clients to complete this Check-In, whether that is daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You can also select when the Check-In becomes open, but also when it goes into 'Overdue'.
Lastly, you can you can select your notifications for whether clients received a push notification and email on the day the Check-In opens, but also if you have selected to have the Check-In to become overdue, you can send notification for that day also.
Finally, you can review your Check-In and save it. Once saved, you can then assign to your clients by selecting the 3 dots next to the Check-In.
