How do clients Check-In? 

Your clients can check-in with you via their companion mobile app or via web browser. Clients will be prompted by push notification and/or email (depending on your preferences) when their check-in is open, and can respond and submit their check-in directly from their account.

Where do I see my clients Check-In's?

You can manage clients check-in responses using the dedicated check-ins Inbox. This area allows you to easily stay on top of your client admin, as well as to respond efficiently to client check-ins at a time most convenient for you.

Coaches can respond to check-ins directly via their mobile app (iOS and Android) or web browser, as well as view a full history of your client’s check-ins in their profile in the Contacts area.

Can I compare Check In's?

Using the side-by side check-in comparison tool, you can easily compare your clients’ progress; week-over-week, month-over-month, year-over-year. This allows coaches to easily chart client progress over time, as well as compare performance across a specific date range (such as when your client started, vs. where they’re at now).

How long will Check In's appear in the inbox for?

Once a client has completed their Check-In, it will go into your inbox for you to review and will stay until it has been reviewed, however, once reviewed it will move from the inbox after 48 hours, or you can manually clear the reviewed Check-In's from your inbox. All Check-In's can be viewed still in the clients profile. 

What happens if a client misses a Check-In's?

If a client misses a Check-In, they they will not be able to complete it, they will need to wait for the next Check-In to open. 

Do measurements and photos show in the clients profile as well?

Yes, any measurements or progress photo's the client upload via the Check-In will be stored in their profile in the main measurements and progress photo area.

Do clients Check-In's reset each time they complete? 

Each time a Check-In opens for the client, it will not have their previous saved answers in there, it will reset so they need to complete the Check-In once again.
