Trainers canceling an active package/subscription for client

Head to the 'Contacts' area and click on the client's profile.

 Once on their profile head to financials > packages.
 
Select the package and hit the 3 dots on the right to cancel the package.

Clients can also do this from within their accounts, logged in via the web browser if they head to Financials, packages and click the 3 dots next to the package and 'details' they can then click the 3 dots and 'cancel'.
