From your 'My Hub' page (please see below)
On the left hand side of your account, you will see the side menu where you can select 'Packages'.
Then click 'Vouchers'.
You can then start creating your discount voucher by hitting the 'Create Voucher' button at the bottom of your screen
Fill in all the details in regards to how much discount the voucher will offer, only use letters and numbers for the code name.
You can select percentage off or fixed amount for the voucher type, as well as the duration.
One time means it will only discount the first payment on the recurring package, repeating means you can choose the desired amount of months this applies for, forever means it will apply to all payments in this recurring package.
You can also 'Apply to specific packages only' which means this voucher can only be used on these chosen packages.
Finish by clicking the 'Create' button.
