From your Hub begin by heading to the menu icon in the bottom-right of the app and selecting Programs.
Next, hit Create Program, enter your program name and then press Create.
Next, you can select + Add New to add a workout, nutrition plan, progress photo upload, measurement upload and more
To add a workout, select the workout from your list of created workouts and then Done.
To add an additional week, scroll to the bottom and select Add Week.
By pressing the back arrow < found in the top left of the page you can see an overview of the program you have created.
To assign a client, simply select the three grey dots next to Assigned Users. Select the client you wish to assign and then set a set date for the program to start, or toggle the switch so allow the client to chose their own start date.
Finally, hit Save.
