To end a client's active program you will need to head to programs > compliance via the web.
Once on the compliance tab, if you select the three dots next to the program name you have the option to end the active program here.
Please note: Once a program has finished, you will then be unable to reactivate that same program from that date it finished; it will need to be reassigned with a new start date.
