When you freeze a client they will be placed in the frozen contact list and be taken out of the active contacts area.
To restore the account you will need to select the three small dots on the right-hand side of the contact and select 'restore'.
When a client is deleted they will not appear as a contact for you anymore and will be removed from your account. If you would like to add a deleted client back to the software you will need to contact support@mypthub.net and we will be able to do this for you.
