Trainers can immediately see how many clients are active, inactive, or pending, and can build precise filtered views of their client base.
High-level stat cards — Total clients, Active (7d), Inactive (7d), and Pending activation counts at the top of the page, with trend deltas and click-through to pre-filtered views.
Progressive chip-based filtering — filters are added one at a time via "+ Add filter", each becoming a self-describing chip (e.g.
Logged workouts · 7d,Assigned to · Tom Gibson +2) that can be individually edited or removedActivity-based filtering — filter clients by what they have or haven't done (workouts, nutrition, habits, check-ins, progress photos, measurements, forms, event attendance) over a custom time period
New columns and sorting — Last seen and Date added columns, with sorting by name, date added, and last seen
A proper "active client" definition — a consistent, platform-wide definition of activity now powers the stat cards and status filters

Filtering
The "Filters" button sits inline with the search bar and shows a badge count with a brand tint when filters are active. Filters are added via + Add filter, which offers:
Client status, Client activity, On a program, Purchased a package, In a client group, Active packages, and (below a divider) Assigned to trainer.
Each filter added becomes a chip in a wrapping row between the toolbar and the table, followed by + Add filter and Clear all.
Columns and sortingClients view: Name, Email, Last seen, Date added, Assigned to.
Date added shows when each client was added to the platform, is populated for all existing clients, and powers the "Newest added" / "Oldest added" sort options
Assigned to always shows for organisations with more than one trainer, regardless of the filters applied. Single-trainer accounts don't show the column, as it would be redundant. On smaller viewports it takes priority over Date added, which is dropped first
Trainers view: Name, Email, Last seen.
Sort options: A–Z (default), Z–A, Newest added, Oldest added, Last seen (newest), Last seen (oldest). The selected sort persists across navigation.
Row actionsAvailable from the ellipsis menu on each row:
Client rows: Send chat · Freeze / Unfreeze / Resend activation (contextual on the client's state) · Delete
Trainer rows: Send chat · Delete
