Creating a workout using a template

From your 'My Hub' page (please see below)

On the left hand side of your account, you will see the side menu in which you can select 'Workouts'.

Click on the 'Create Workout' button at the bottom of your screen

You can then enter the workout name and also switch the toggle on (to the right) to use an existing workout template

Then make any necessary changes and click 'Save Changes'
