There are a few different ways to log a workout for a client.
The first way is to head to 'start a workout' from the hub, then select the clients name and then select a workout. If they are on a program and there is a workout scheduled for that specific day then it will populate in that area for you to select.
Another way is to head to the calendar and then select the booked session for the client from the calendar and then start the session from there.
Another way is to head to the contacts profile, then workouts and select the workout you wish to log and press start workout.
